If you want to lodge a complaint you can request the official forms at the place where the incident has occurred or go to the following public offices:

The City Council Consumers Office only receives complaints submitted by Bilbao residents, but for those submitted by residents in other districts, it transfers them to the corresponding offices.

Complaints

MUNICIPAL POLICE :

To make a formal complaint you must go to the Garellano Police Station, where they are open 24 hours a day. Persons who report a crime to the police must present their identity card or passport.
