The club's Exhibition and Trophy Room, opened in May 2003, displays the long history of this football club, which is more than 100 years old. Organised in themes, the club's history in red and white oozes out of the room. Here, visitors can see photographs, flags and trophies that show how football items have changed in time and how the Athletic has been rewarded in its 106 years' history. For the first time in the stadium's 90-year history, guided tours to San Mamés -also called "The Cathedral" by fans- are available. In these guided tours, visitors can walk through the less frequently visited areas: box seats, the press room, players' changing rooms and benches.
